Present your Stax’s Preferred Card when you dine at any Stax’s Restaurant
and you’ll receive one point for every dollar spent (excluding tax and gratuity).

For every 250 points, your Stax’s Preferred Card
will be credited a $25.00 reward following day at 5:00 a.m.

Points are earned from July 1 through June 30 of each year.
Points do not carry over from one year to the next.

Rewards expire on June 30 of every year,
and do not carry over from one year to the next.

Only person paying the bill may be credited with points.

You must be 18 years of age to enroll.

This is not a Credit or Debit card. Points or rewards have
no cash value and some blackout dates and restrictions may apply.

Stax’s reserves the right to change terms and conditions
and to terminate the Stax’s Preferred Card at any time without notice.

You must save a copy of your guest check and Stax's Preferred Card receipt,
for any verification of your point total, each time you use your card.

Points may be earned on Gift Certificate Purchases and not Redemptions.

Card must be present at time of purchase to receive points.

Empoyees of Stax’s and their families are not eligible for membership.

Not Valid for any discounts or promotions.

Rewards are redeemed excluding tax and gratuity.

Gratuity added on redemptions.

Rewards and points are based on subtotal, excluding tax and gratuity.
