Potatoes Gratinee'
2 ea. All purpose potatoes
1½ cup Swiss cheese shredded
1 ½ cup Milk
to taste Stax seasoning
Peel and slice to 1/16" the potatoes.
Bring milk to a strong simmer and hold in a buttered pie dish
Layer potatoes in bottom of pan about three slices thick.
Add ¼ of shredded cheese and then more layers of potatoes.
Continue until all of cheese and potatoes are used up.
At this point season the hot milk with Stax seasoning and
carefully add milk to the layers of potatoes. They should be
oven baked in preheated oven of 325 degrees until top is
browned and potatoes are fork tender.
