Garlic Kosher Salt Anchovy Dijon Mustard Olive Oil White Vinegar Lemon, halved Egg Yolk Pepper Romaine Lettuce, chopped Croutons Parmesan Cheese Tabasco Worcestershire |
Mash salt and garlic in a bowl. Add anchovy and mash with a fork. Add egg and mustard, blending well. Add lemon, vinegar, pepper and incorporate with oil. Mix well until emulsified. Add romaine and toss. Add croutons and toss. Add cheese and toss. Serve immediately.
