BANANAS FOSTER
1/4 cup butter
1 Cup Brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup Banana liqueur
4 each bananas peeled and quartered
1/4 cup dark Rum
4 each scoops of Vanilla ice cream
Combine the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a sauté pan over low heat. Stir until all
of the sugar dissolves. Stir in the banana liqueur and place bananas in the pan. When
bananas softer and begin to brown, add the rum away from the heat, then tip the pan toward
the heat until it ignites. When the flame subsides, portion the bananas over the ice cream
and pour sauce equally over the top.
